Returns Policy
At Lilly Maeve, we truly hope you love every piece you order. However, if something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns are handled.
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return period: A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of items: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Trying on: Items may be tried on indoors for fit. Extended wear or outdoor use is not permitted.

Multiple sizes: Ordering the same item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Return costs: Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Proof of delivery: Returns can only be requested once the order has been delivered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and bodysuits

Swimwear without an intact hygiene seal

Earrings and cosmetics

Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

A short explanation for the return
Step 2 – Receive Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address of our fulfillment partner.
Step 3 – Ship the Item

Return the item at your own expense

Ensure any customs fees are prepaid

Use a tracked shipping method

Keep proof of shipment
We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit or returned without tracking.
Returned items are inspected within approximately 2–5 business days of arrival.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the refund.
If returned items show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags, the refund may be declined and the item returned to you.
4. Exchanges
At this time, Lilly Maeve does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, we kindly ask that you place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
6. Delivery Responsibility
If tracking confirms that your order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Lilly Maeve cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
